Grant Writing and Workshops
We provide up to seven workshops, writing support, timeline management, and editing throughout the grant-writing process. Students and post-docs get invaluable grant-writing training and PIs develop their teams and a complete application. While we cannot guarantee funding, we have a long track record of successfully funded grant applications.
Team Building and Project Development
Dr. Johnson has decades of experience working within and helping others establish effective cross-disciplinary collaborative teams. Round table discussions teach each person the value of listening to every distinct voice at the table and understanding each person’s background and scientific language. We work to build team trust, culture, and improve individual flexibility, allowing teams to effectively incorporate bigger ideas and accomplish more impactful research.
Project Management
We have managed timelines and publication deadlines preparing and editing large-scale projects of 25+ articles at one time. These include the meeting report and associated peer-reviewed articles for the Montagna Symposium on the Biology of Skin, the annual meeting report supplement for the Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis in the Journal of Rheumatology, and the Methods and Techniques for Skin Research section of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. We can organize and edit book chapters or other large multi-manuscript projects.
